I believe this is one of the top Nursing Homes with the care provided, they are always concerned and happy to assist.  Communication is very good at NECH and I am kept informed at all times with my mother wellbeing. Overall I am very happy with the care my mother receives at North Eastern Community Aged Care.

Your team do an excellent job of introducing the nursing staff to the patient.  The harmony between all staff members is a credit to all those participating.

I have always been happy with the care/ treatment I have had at NECH when I was a day patient and I wasn’t expecting anything less this time when I was an overnight patient.  I have always been treated with care, kindness and respect.  A big plus – the food is good !

I was really happy with the care I received during my time in this facility.  Nursing staff were really friendly and helpful.

I felt the Dr and Nurses worked as a team.  I thank the wonderful staff here for excellent care and compassion.  After stays in 4 hospitals it was a relief to feel safe with good hygiene practices at the North Eastern.

I recently had a stay at NECH. I had my third baby there last week.  I wanted to say how much I have loved it over the years.  The service and staff fantastic – especially of course the midwives. They are so good at what they do – all of them. For me this time, Brocky and Lyn – absolutely the best. Thank you.
