In July 2015, North Eastern Community Hospital partnered with Sleep SA – a private sleep centre – to offer a new service to our local community: the study and diagnosis of sleep disorders. The service commenced operating 3 nights a week and in 2 months we have already seen our 100th patient.
Accredited by the Australasian Sleep Association, Sleep SA conforms to the “Gold Standard” of laboratory sleep studies. All sleep studies are conducted in private and comfortable rooms with dedicated en suites to ensure diagnostic integrity and patient privacy. We also utilise the latest analysing technologies and have friendly, highly trained staff who continuously monitor all patients to ensure comprehensive data acquisition.
