Brand new pass through washers installed in sterilising department upgrade

Two brand new STERIS pass through washers have been installed in North Eastern’s sterilising department.

These huge, state-of-the-art machines are part of the recent upgrade of the sterilising department and will boost its capacity to meet growing demand as  patient services are expanded at NECH.

The sterilising department team works tirelessly to ensure all hospital devices and instruments are cleaned and sterilised to the highest standard, every single day.
