If you would like to make contact with a resident at the North Eastern Community Hospital you may do so in any of the following ways:
- Contact the Nursing reception on 08 8366 8261 and ask to speak to the resident themselves if possible.
- If you have the phone number for the resident who has a telephone installed then you can dial that to reach them directly.
- Email can be sent to either the Director of Aged Care or the Clinical Nurse Manager who can forward this to the resident.
- Contact the residents’ family who will be able to relay any message.

Visiting Hours are between 11.00 am and 8.00 pm to allow for reasonable lifestyle assistance and care management of each resident.
