On the 26th of August, the Mayor’s Benefit Ball was held, organised by the Rotary Club of Campbelltown. Thanks to the extraordinary generosity on the night from all participants, an amazing $30,000 was raised to help fund the new nursery refurbishment at the North Eastern Community Hospital.
Last Wednesday, 20th December, the cheque for $30,000 was officially handed to our CEO, Scott Williams, and Director of Nursing/Clinical Services Annette Nelson, in the presence of the @Rotary Club of Campbelltown representatives – namely, John Russo, Jim Silvestri, Elizabeth Gagliardi (current President) and Bryan Schell (past president).
This money will help kick start the refurbishment of our nursery. The works will commence next February and we are all very excited about this! We will keep you updated on the evolution of the works on this page.
