Community is everything to North Eastern Community Hospital – it’s in our name, after all. As a small, not-for-profit, suburban hospital, it’s local mums who have their babies at NECH, residents in the area who come here for their surgeries, and families in the North Eastern suburbs who chose our aged care facility for their loved ones.
That’s why we want to do everything we can to stay connected to our community, and keep you informed about what is happening at North Eastern.
With that and the widespread use of social media in mind, we will be posting updates and community news more frequently on Facebook, as well as on the newly launched NECH Instagram account @northeasternhospital, rather than continuing to publish this blog.
When required we will also continue to publish updates on more complex topics on the Latest News section of this website.
We want to grow the community that exists around the hospital in 2019 and continue to provide first class, compassionate, local service to our patients, so I encourage you to follow us on social media so you can stay up to date with what is happening at North Eastern.
